Israel has talk and even train to do a air strike against Iran Nuclear Facilities, if they actually did it, remember last time a Israel minister suggest attack Iran has raise like 8% gas price in one day. How much are we going see the oil price if Israel does indeed attack? Seems like Israel does thing without counsel with UN at all, do you support Israel attack? If Israel attack Iran, will we see crazy sky high oil price?
Either way yes, but if we go into Iran it will be more.If Israel attack Iran, will we see crazy sky high oil price?
We may very well see a catastrophic vanishing of oil, as in when you unplug the cord from the outlet, the light goes out. That kind of thing. As in when you unplug the refrigerator, the food goes bad. ';Crazy high oil prices'; are wishful thinking. The outlet will be UNPLUGGED from the spigot, thereby leaving us without any paddle whatsoever, in a mad river upstream, with no way at all to manuever. Sorry to be so alarmist, but thats what I think.
the two most roguish countries in the world are the US and Isreal, precisely because they profess to respecting the rule of ';international law'; while violating UN decisions.
When a state is loco and blatantly ';outlaw'; (Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Sudan, North Korea, Libya etc), different criteria apply.
The funny thing about oil prices is any amount of concilliatory talk never helps them decrease, they only go up on the whim of knucklehead speculators.
Last question: I do not condone ANY attack on ANY country unless being previously attacked. The US set a dangerous precedent with Iraq, and even if the Iranian threat may be considered more credible (WMDs were a figment of Cheney's imagination), it is still just a threat. They are years away from a nuclear arsenal and aware of their imminent destruction if they so much as ';boo'; at Isreal. Who would go down that road? Any knowing that, why would the Isrealis attack first?
60% of the world's oil goes through the Strait of Hormuz, which could be closed by Iran. If that happens then it wouldn't be the price at the pumps, but whether there was any gas at all. This is not an inevitable scenario however. If Iran even attempted to block it, we would go in and secure it. We have a HUGE naval buildup in the Persian Gulf. Anyway, that's what you want to look out for. Good question. Here is a pic of it: http://encarta.msn.com/map_701516791/str鈥?/a>
If Israel attacks Iran, I'd worry more about the nuclear fallout that will blanket the world with radiation. Won't need much oil if that happens.
COUNT on it !!! Can You say, '; $7. a Gallon ?!'; You'd better start practicing! :0
