Iran launches a couple missiles and the price of oil goes up. Did I miss something in Economics Class?

I don't recall anything in my economic studies about missiles going up being relevant to oil prices going up. Now, maybe if those missiles hit some important targets, well sure it would have an economic effect but these just went up and came down. - By god, come to think of it, North Korea shooting their rockets out into the water raised oil prices too. - What economic book is this stuff in?Iran launches a couple missiles and the price of oil goes up. i also miss some thing

You see the oil companies making a lot of excuses to raise the price of oil. It's not a free market because there's no real alternative to oil right now, so basically they can charge whatever they want and people will have to pay as long as they want to heat their homes and drive to work everyday
its not the rockets going up its; its just the gas precess going upwith the oil that is in the rockets.
