Because they can... And NO to the last question... The government is not into building refineries.
This is very typical of an all Democrat Congress. The worst that can happen is that gas prices at the pumps could get to $5.00 PLUS a gallon.
Have you also notice as to how much groceries are costing?Why Democrat congress not lower oil price but razing it,are tax $paying to build refineries?
