Why is it when oil price keeps on increasing and Malaysian govt said it is causing problem to the country?

When oil prices go up, EVERYTHING ELSE GOES UP TOO! Goods have to be transported and that increases costs for the shippers. People who service homes and businesses with repairs, etc. also have increased costs. Shipping companies have to pay more to operate. Airlines also bare the burden of having to pay increased costs for jet fuel. All of these increased costs get passed on to the consumer. Oil also goes into plastics, so that increases the price of goods.


Unfortunately. everything revolves around oil. When it goes up, so does everything else.Why is it when oil price keeps on increasing and Malaysian govt said it is causing problem to the country?
The world runs on and consist of oil. When the cost of fuel goes up, the cost of transporting everything from food to consumer goods increase. The cost of farming goes up making food increase twice.





Almost all consumer goods today use plastic which is made from oil. When oil goes up, the cost of making the consumer goods goes up.





When prices go up, people buy less, the number of jobs decrease. The government gets less taxes and has less money to spend on things like roads, schools and medicine.Why is it when oil price keeps on increasing and Malaysian govt said it is causing problem to the country?
Malaysia gov. ofcourse say like that lar... coz they oso using the oil mah...
