Where are all the super tankers carrying all the oil know that the price oil gone down?

the reason i asked did you know that when tankers load oil they could start the journey to say UK and time they get to there destination they could been diverted to another county a few times because some one has put in a higher bid for that load of oil Where are all the super tankers carrying all the oil know that the price oil gone down?
Did you know oil is resold 50 times before reaching the petrol pumps in uk , they have various agents and transactions throughout the journey to ensure the right price is maintained.Where are all the super tankers carrying all the oil know that the price oil gone down?
The bid for that oil has been accepted before the tanker is loaded, once the tanker is on its way there is no more bidding, the tanker knows exactly where its going to offload its cargo. The tanker does not own the oil it ships, just like a truck driver does not own his cargo. Instead they just get paid for shipping the oil, just like the truck driver gets paid for shipping his cargo.
Think bout it why did almost everyone get a rebate check..... The whole ideal was to spike prices up and when everyone is down send them a rebate check to butter them up like nothing happen. Now that gas is gone down where is most of that money.... in some1s pocket...
a tanker may be rerouted or just sit there while they figure out who's the highest bidder. or they may just stockpile the stuff. they can do whatever they want with their oil but they are running businesses and cash flow is a consideration
Yeah. Sure.

Tankers also have unlimited supplies of fuel and the ship hands also decide to pass on their time off and flights back home because of this.

Stop thinking too hard.
It's all about the money!
